5th Grade Learns Flag Etiquette From Mr. Tipton
Mr. Tipton showed the 5th Grade students how to how properly fold the flag and then how to raise and lower the American flag this morning. He also went over the proper way to show respect to the flag and how to carry it. The kids watched a video prior to his demonstration explaining the meaning behind each fold. Raising and lowering the flag for the elementary will become part of the 5th grade's morning routine. Thank you, Mr.Tipton, for serving our country and being a good role model for our students!
