On behalf of the Food Pantry, James Garner recently accepted a check from Heath Halley, Putnam County R-I Superintendent in the amount of $746. The check represents the proceeds from the Milan home football game. Food items totaling 2,000 pounds were also collected that week in a drive organized by Interact and the National Junior Honor Society.
All donations to the Food Pantry are used to help local residents in need. James Garner stated “there is a bigger need this year. We live in a very giving community.”
