Science Fun
Third-graders have been studying states of matter. To demonstrate the changes in matter, we made ice cream! The students placed small packages of coffee creamer in a plastic container filled with ice and salt. The students then shook the containers until the liquid coffee creamer changed to solid ice cream. The students loved eating the ice cream at the end of the activity!
