Preseason Preview and Mini Midget Football Camp

Mini Midget Football Camp will be held Monday, July 27th - Wednesday, July 29th. This camp is for football players in grades 4 - 12. The camp will be held for 3 nights from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm on the 27th and the 28th, and from 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm on the 29th. Players should meet the coaches in front of the high school commons and start arriving around 6:15 pm so that we can be on the field by 6:30 pm.
At 7:00 pm on the 29th, the standard will be open to the public with a tailgate provided by Hy-Vee.
The Putnam County Football Preseason Preview will begin at 8:00 pm. The event will start with a punt, pass, kick contest for 4th graders. That will be followed by offensive team scrimmage for 5th and 6th grade, junior high, and JV teams.
The PCHS varsity football team will finish off the night with offensive team scrimmage and special teams.
The gate admission for this event will be a free will donation. Hy-Vee is also providing a watermelon feed for the participants on the 28th.
