I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for Ice Cream
Did you know that you can turn liquid coffee creamer into ice cream? Mrs. Whitworth's Third Grade class has been studying the states of matter and changes they go through. To demonstrate a physical change, the class took single liquid coffee creamers and placed them in plastic containers with ice and salt. The kids shook the containers for about 10 minutes. The changes observed were the ice melting and the liquid creamer turning into solid.
