November 2022 PC MVP and Finalists

Putnam County R-I Schools have some of the best staff and students around. Each month, we celebrate staff who have been nominated by their peers for going above and beyond.

Please help us congratulate our PC MVP winner, Mrs. Andi Foster, and our outstanding finalists for the month of November.

Here's what a fellow colleague had to say about Mrs. Foster: "Andi has taken her start at the district in stride! She wants what is best for the kids and is always willing to adjust to whatever is needed to make that happen. She is a good team member and works well with everyone in the building. Andi has been a wonderful addition to the Middle School team and I am so glad she came back to PC!"

This month's PC MVP Finalists were:

Calvin Heidenwith, Carson Quint, and Gayla Whitworth.

Each finalist received a goody bag, a surprise visit from our admin team cheering them on, and a personal note of appreciation for all they do.

Our winner received the same as above, a designated parking spot for a month, and a PC MVP tumbler.

Just a small token of appreciation for all they do.

Check out our media gallery to see all the surprise videos and photos!

Here's what Mr. Heidenwith's colleague had to say about him: "Mr. Heidenwith is taking on new responsibility as a full-time teacher, continuing his education, coaching, and being a great example to our students. Not only is he willing to help the young adults of Putnam County, but he also demonstrates his unselfish attitude by being willing to help the District by driving a bus. He is a great addition to the Staff and a good example for our youth to aspire to be."

Mr. Quint's colleague said, Mr. Quint always makes sure his students have a fun learning experience and does a great job supporting them in all that they do. The students are always so excited to come to class and greet him. Mr. Quint is also a great team player!"

Here's what a colleague had to say about Mrs. Whitworth: " If I have a student situation that I'm not sure how to handle, I will ask her. If I have a parent situation, I will ask her. She is always eager to help me and she always gives me great insight into how I should handle my situation. I have called her many times and picked her brain in the evenings and she has never once made me feel like I was "bothering" her. I value her so very much. She is constantly looking to improve our PC district. Our district is better because she's a teacher here."

Congratulations to all of our winners! We are #PutnamProud of you! #PCMVP2022
