Our Color Day Assembly will be held at 12:10 pm on Friday, October 2, 2020. The graphic on the website and Facebook has a tentative list of events. In order to provide social distance, this year our Color Day Assembly will be set up a little differently. Our students in grades 6-8 will be on the visitor's side of the gym in separate sections so they are able to social distance. Our students in grades 9-12 will be on the home side of the gym in separate sections to maintain social distance. Our assembly will be live-streamed for outside viewers and elementary classes to be able to watch.

Our parade will take place at 2:00 pm on Friday. If your student is participating in the parade, please send a note. Band students will be released to the band room at 1:15 pm. Float riders will be released to their floats at 1:30 pm. High school students will be dismissed for the day on Friday at 1:45 pm.

Outside visitors will be allowed to attend the Homecoming assemblies on Friday as long as they are symptom-free, fever free, and wearing a mask, as stated in the Putnam County R-I Return to Learn plan. We will have our visitors enter the building from the high school commons at 12:05 pm on Friday. Visitors will be the last to be seated and the first ones to exit and will have their own section to help us with social distancing measures and contact tracing. Families will be able to take pictures outside, in front of the high school commons, with their candidate after the assembly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in helping us with mitigation strategies. Every layer of protection for our students and staff shows you care.
