🥳Senior Spotlight Time!
👨🎓Help us congratulate Class of 2023 PCHS Senior, Jake Rouse!
💙Jake is the son of Heather Davis and Derek Rouse.

🎯💙 Some of Jake's most memorable moments have been Thursday morning football practices, being recognized and competing as an All-Conference student-athlete, as well as a District & State Athlete. Being a part of the Football & Track team for 4 years, All-State DECA, Men's golf, and a member of the Just Vault, Excelsior Springs, Pole Vaulting Club.
💙We asked Jake what his advice would be for incoming freshmen. He said, "My advice to incoming freshmen is to do as much as you can with the time you are given."
👨🎓Jake's post-graduation plans: "After graduating from Putnam County I plan to attend Clarke University in Dubuque, IA as a part of the Mens Track & Field Team as a Pole Vaulter and Major in Finance. In 5-10 years, I see myself working as an entrepreneur."
😂Jake's funniest memories: "Talking with the boys, first track practice, Junior year."
💙We asked Jake what his favorite class was at Putnam. He told us, "My favorite class was English, because it is calm and all my friends are in my class."
👨🏫We asked Jake what teacher or staff member at Putnam has had the biggest impact on him and why. He said, "Coach Mayer, because he always pushes us to be our best."
