As an adult, reflection during this time of year comes mostly naturally. For children, true reflection that instills various notions of thankfulness often requires assistance. This activity (pictured) is a great way to learn language with a fun and purposeful “Thankfulness” Activity. It develops language skills (describing, vocabulary, role projection), while also developing social-emotional awareness skills. Additionally, it is usually a warm, fulfilling feeling to be thankful.
