Solving Equations Together
It is hard to believe a month has already passed in eighth-grade math class. Students took their first test over solving equations this week. Check out the photo gallery. The pictures show students helping students as we review for that test. Some students tested very well over the concept and some need a little more work. Re-instruction and a makeup test are offered to any student who wants to improve. The students are responsible for making arrangements to re-test and that must be done by September 27, 2019.
Next up, we are moving on to a short unit on solving and graphing inequalities. This unit provides additional practice of skills learned in the first unit.
Please encourage your student to ask questions and seek additional help from me if they are struggling. I am happy to help any student before or after school.
