Spring Fling Car Show, Amazing Race, & Volleyball Tournament!

Saturday, May 4, 2019, is going to be a fun weekend in Unionville! You won't want to miss it! Our Putnam County Advertising class is hosting three fun events.

The Spring Fling Car Show will be held on the Unionville square, rain or shine. Registration is from 7-9 a.m. Early Registration (deadline- May 3rd) is $15. Late Registration (the day of) is $20.
Judging will begin at 9:30 am and conclude by 11:30 a.m.

Winners will be awarded 1st and 2nd ribbons in classes, medals for the champion of the division, and People's Choice Trophy. All awards will be announced at 1 p.m.
Classes:
1. All motorcycles
2. All trucks
3. All makes and models 1900 - 1969
4. All makes and models 1970 & newer
5. All Corvettes, Chevelles, Camaros
6. All Mustangs, original factory muscles, street machines, Torino's
7. All rat rods and rods
Peoples Choice: 
1. Best Paint and Interior
2. Best Vehicle
3. Most Intact Car
$100 CASH PRIZE for Best of Show!
$50 CASH PRIZE for People's Choice!

The Amazing Race Unionville will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, as well.  The race costs $15 per team. You can sign up as a team of 2-4 people. The race is for ages 5 and older. For more details, contact the Putnam County Advertising Class on their Facebook page. 

The Volleyball Tournament will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 4-7 pm at the Unionville City Park. Early registration is $10 per team. Registration the day of the event is $15 per team. Call or text 660-292-0347 to register your team. Teams of 6 may participate. Ages compete from 4-5 pm. Ages 13-18 compete from 5-6 pm. Ages 19 and older compete from 6-7 pm.
