DECA Students Win Awards

Putnam County R-I DECA competed in the District 2 Competitive Events on February 13th in Columbia, Missouri. Despite the crazy winter weather, these young professionals went above and beyond in preparing for their events. Their hard work paid off and PCRI DECA brought home 12 medals!

Jaylee M. & Kylea W. - 4th Place Travel And Tourism Team
Graycie R. - 1st place Financial Consulting AND 1st place Entrepreneurship Role Play
Stephanie S. & Katy S. - 2nd Place Community Service Project
Chloe T. & Tony B. - 1st place Integrated Marketing Campaign, Product AND 1st place Buying and Merchandising Team
Guin A. & Kendall I. - 1st place Learn and Earn
Abbie C. - 2nd Place Start-up Business Plan
Niko E. - 7th Place Restaurant And Food Service Management
Jacob E. & Alisha W. - 1st Place Business Innovation Plan
Hunter R. - 3rd Place Principles of Hospitality and Tourism
Hunter, Jacob, Tony, Chloe, Alisha, Kylea, Jaylee, Jade, and Graycie will advance to State DECA Competition in March in Kansas City and will be competing for a chance to advance to International Competition in Orlando, FL in April.
