March is Youth Art Month

The High School Art Club will kick off Youth Art Month this March with their annual Art Week, March 4-8, 2019. All high school students are welcome to participate in the dress up days. We also encourage everyone to stop outside of the art room and add their own post-it note to our Youth Art Month bulletin board display.
Monday Lisa: PJ Day
Teacher Tuesday: Dress as your favorite teacher or famous artist
Wacky Wednesday: Dress crazy and mismatched
Totally 80's Thursday: Dress in 80's clothes
Friday is the annual Art Club Field Trip for all Art Club Members. This year we will be visiting the new Illusions Museum in Kansas City. The museum is a new and permanent attraction to Union Station. The museum plays with visual and sensory perceptions for guests to have fun and learn about how the mind plays tricks on you.
