Summer School Fun
Day 5 of summer school proves to be a lot of fun for kindergarten students. With cooler temps to start off the day, these kindergarten students went on a scavenger hunt on the walking trail. Fun was had by all, and all of the items on the hunt were discovered. After the morning walk, students were then able to visit Mrs. Joni Halley for cooking class. The students learned about grains and how to read a recipe, then were able to work together to make trail mix. Following the cooking lesson, the students were lead in an exercise by Mrs. Halley.
